A final composer overlay fix that moves the Plus menu into the app-shell top layer, keeps its primary choices compact and fully exposes secondary actions across responsive widths and iPhone touch transitions.

Release 0.4.5 preserves the local-first workspace boundary and its existing credential authority. Create a protected device transfer before a major update and keep it until you have verified the updated workspace.
