Is Free really unrestricted?
Yes. No registration or payment is required for the browser-local workspace. Provider quotas and costs still follow the model or MCP service you choose.
Does Business include shared cloud storage?
No. PUI currently stores workspace data in each browser. Business adds human support, onboarding and guided configuration. Any future encrypted sync or managed storage will be described and priced explicitly.
Are AI model costs included?
No. Use the disclosed free-model fallback, your own provider key, or a compatible local model. PUI does not hide variable inference costs inside a supposedly unlimited plan.
Will you build every requested feature?
No. Supporters and Business customers can submit structured proposals. We review fit, security and maintenance cost. Guaranteed custom work requires a separate written quote.
What happens if a paid plan ends?
The free browser-local workspace remains available. Recurring supporter benefits, commercial support, maintained self-host updates and other contracted services end with their active billing term.
Is the Founding Pass a lifetime deal?
No. It is a limited one-time contribution with founding recognition and one roadmap proposal. It promises neither permanent hosting nor endless support or updates.
